About Kriti Shastry

As a Computer Science engineer & a corporate dropout, I set out to follow my passion & create a unique path for myself in 2016 through the field of fitness coaching. I built my personal brand for fitness coaching & launched my own business in 2017. Within 2 years, I grew my online fitness coaching business to 6 figures without any paid marketing. I was able to build a lifestyle that I loved, doing what I loved doing & there was nothing else that was more exciting than this outcome. This growth led me to pursue an MBA in marketing to understand digital marketing better & to be able to help others do the same what I was able to create for myself. During this course, I launched my own business coaching brand to help other coaches & brands build & grow their businesses online. I was able to quickly acquire clients & grow this business to cross 6 figures in the first year & expanded the services to social media strategy & marketing consultancy. I also launched an activewear clothing brand in 2019 called 'Namora'. This was inspired by my own personal struggle of finding good quality activewear for women. However, this project was disrupted by the pandemic & is currently on hold. Currently, I work with various brands in industries ranging from fitness to the education sector helping them with their social media & marketing strategy. I also offer business mentorship to freelancers & coaches looking to build & grow a personal brand. My expertise includes business solutions, business mentorship, social media strategy, content strategy, team management, project planning & management, product marketing, brand re-alignment, business growth strategy among others. I am also an athlete & a passionate advocate for women's health and fitness.
