With over eleven years of experience in municipal government, I am a seasoned manager, team leader and Human Resources professional with a successful background in the development and execution of compensation and classification plans, as well as administrating employee benefits. I have demonstrated success in implementing and using technological systems to achieve organizational goals and streamline company processes. I am a dedicated, hardworking and dependable employee who excels at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude, and has proven the ability to inspire and guide teams to organizational success. I am currently a Consulting Application Engineer with HCA Healthcare, responsible for leading development efforts, driving adoption and appropriate use of technology and consulting on internal and external development efforts to ensure code quality and sound architecture.I hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Miami. I am passionate about serving the public and enhancing the employee experience, and I bring a diverse perspective and background to the team, as I have studied political science, business law, psychology, international relations and human rights. I am looking for new opportunities to apply my expertise and skills in Human Resources and Finance, and to collaborate with other professionals who share my values and vision.
