o Project In-Charge for Structural Works, Formworks, Rebar & Site development. Engaged on rebar cutting list schedule, formworks and implementation at jobsite. Including request for joint inspection prior to inception of preceding site work activity. o Building supervisor for structural and architectural works. Upon structural completion, I was assigned as supervisor for finishing works and fit-ins from wall finishes, floor finishes and painting works. According to architectural finishing specification. o Building Supervisor for CWA works (Contract Work Agreement) on remaining works deterioration and defects. Checking and inspecting all defects and deterioration prior to final hand over and operation. Preparation of method statement for submission and approval to owner / consultant prior to repair rectification on defect works. o In-charge on the implementation of site work activities according to plan and specification as well as joint inspection for the proper work methodology prior to final work approval. o Involve in monitoring and quantification of materials of the project, for structural work likewise preparing progress billing for government submittal requirement. o Reconcile billing with the client / consultant according to agreed areas and quantity (Bill of Quantities) BOQ. o Project in-charge for site supervision and implementation, including inspection, Quality control and assurance on formworks rebar and concreting. o In charge on RFI’s (Request for Information) as well as Quarries on plan detail and conflicts prior to site implementation. o Fabrication using Shin Form System, Formaply Modular Panel Form System and Aluma System Forms. o In-charge for the fabrication of Aluma table Form System for slab, Aluma Column Form System and Aluma Wall Form System. o In-charge on Aluma conventional system of formworks, Shin form system and modular panel form system fabrication.
