About Krunal Soni

Senior Manager | SAP PP & MES Expert | Solution Architect for the Steel Industry With over a decade of hands-on experience across the full steel value chain — from mining to flat products — I specialize in designing challenging SAP solutions that stick. My core strength lies in solving complex production planning and MES integration problems with clarity and confidence. I don’t just patch issues — I create robust, permanent solutions that scale with business growth. As a leader, I bring a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and a team-first mindset. Whether it’s streamlining data migration, building custom Z programs, or decoding intricate ABAP jobs, I thrive on building systems that work smarter, faster, and longer. I also advocate for what's fair — from improving employee welfare policies to making tech more user-friendly — and I believe excellence comes from caring deeply about both people and process.
