A Senior Executive and Strategic Leader in superannuation and funds management. I have over twenty years of hands on experience and am known for driving strategic excellence and transformational change. For the past five years, I have served as the right hand person to the CEO of the Trustee Business at Guild Super, where I oversaw strategic planning and execution - both at a Corporate and Fund level. I played a pivotal role in M&A activities, and ensured the robustness of corporate governance and risk frameworks. I also worked closely with rest of the C-Suite and the Board, contributing to key decisions and initiatives. My career journey encompasses diverse roles across Superannuation Trustee offices, Wealth Management companies, Administration & Technology service providers, and External consulting providers. This breadth of experience, coupled with deep expertise in the Superannuation landscape, uniquely positions me to navigate complex challenges and drive sustainable outcomes. My current career highlights have been * Embedding strategic planning frameworks including APRA’s prudential standard SPS 515 Strategic Planning and monitoring with the Trustee Office and Board.* Key member of the M&A sale transaction which managed the sale of the Guild Super to Future Group from its parent entity (Guild Group Holdings).* Elected to be a Responsible Person for Guild Retirement Fund (2021-2023).* Enterprise business transformation planning and execution, which included internal staffing changes, change of technology platforms, administrator, custodian and investment consultants.* Setting up the PMO function and ensuring that it was fit for purpose and aligned to working with external service providers.* Key Product changes (Investments, fees and Insurance design) My key strengths are providing strategic insights, being an effective communicator, people leadership and building high performing teams, stakeholder management across the whole organisation including the C-Suite and the Board and I am passionate about continuous learning and professional development. My academic pursuits include executive education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Master of Finance from RMIT, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics & Statistics.
