About Krushna Thute

I’m a data enthusiast with a background in data science, analytics, and machine learning. I recently completed my MSc in Data Science (Distinction) from the University of York, where I developed strong skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, and predictive modeling. I love working with data—whether it’s uncovering insights, solving problems, or helping businesses make better decisions. One of my most exciting projects was Automated Detection of Retinopathy, where I used machine learning to improve healthcare diagnostics. Through this and other projects, I’ve gained hands-on experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and building predictive models. Beyond my technical skills, I have customer-facing experience at ASDA, which has helped me sharpen my communication and problem-solving abilities—important for turning data into actionable insights. I’m now looking for a role as a Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer, or Junior Data Scientist, where I can apply my skills to real-world challenges.
