About Krystal Bridell

I believe project management is an empirical science that calls for aggressive goals coupled with flexible people management. I have experience in multiple fields of management including software implementation, retail, and stage production. The truth I found during those experiences is that vision and passion must come from the top down, but talent and buy-in must come from the bottom up. As a manager, I lead by example and have a talent for growing those around me. My job is to keep a long-term vision, empower my team to rally to a clear and consistent end-goal, and to foster open communication by reporting realistic and evidence-based statuses. People often mention my passion for doing the right thing and my open-mindset for others' opinions. I am a firm believer that the best solution is usually found through collaboration.
