Experienced Program Counselor with a demonstrated history of working in the primary/secondary education industry. In 2020, I made the decision to change careers to Human Resources because of my interest in building the most effective workforces possible. Interests/Specialties: Human resources, talent pipeline management, recruitment, human resources systems, on-boarding, auditing and maintaining personnel files, employment law, diversity & equality, and compliance. As a Professional in Human Resources, with a bachelor's degree in Human Development from California State University - East Bay, I have a strong foundation of self-knowledge and understanding of others across the lifespan. I am skilled in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, writing, research, and education. People and communities are my passion as well as connecting communities through the languages, Spanish and American Sign Language. When I’m not on the job, I love going to museums, working my way through a good book, and indulging my love for seeing new places. I'm looking forward to connecting.
