I’m Krystal, a Search Consultant with a focus on civil engineering and construction recruitment across Canada. With over five years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, I’ve built a strong understanding of the technical landscapes and workforce challenges across industries like mining, oil & gas, materials testing, and sustainability.
