Worked for seven years in customer service jobs providing customer service at registers, on the floor of retail locations and conventions, over the phone, and through emails. Responsibilities as lead receptionist/customer service lead include answering phone calls, assisting customers via phone and email with their accounts/issues, and assisting the office manager with calendar/scheduling. I also complete typical office tasks such as making copies, assisting with filing, sorting mail for the organization, and completing office inventory. During conventions I answer questions in person and via a hotline, creating an onsite office with supplies I packed for the show, and assisting with any tasks that anyone needed extra assistance with.
