As an executive assistant at Girls Inc, I support the President & CEO with various administrative and operational tasks, such as calendar, inbox and travel management, meeting organization and agenda creation, and correspondence and data preparation. I also act as a gatekeeper to ensure the Executive's time is utilized efficiently and effectively. I have 7+ years of previous remote and in-person experience as an executive assistant, concierge, and consultant, working with diverse clients and stakeholders in different sectors and industries. I have a BA in Africana Studies from Dickinson College, where I was a Presidential Fellow and an academic honors recipient. I am proficient in multiple software and tools, such as Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook; Google Workspace; Mac Creativity Apps; Zoom, and Slack, to name a few. I also initiated and helped to implement the use of a CRM (HubSpot) to manage projects, contacts, and email campaigns at The Equity Lab. I am a fast and accurate typist who can type 80 WPM. I am passionate about changing the world, one step at a time, through education and social justice especially. I am committed to providing exceptional service and support to the people I work with and for, and to contributing to the mission and vision of any company I work for. I am organized, skilled at time management, and detail-oriented, leveraging these skills to help cut 20 hours out of the ED's extra time spent in the office per month. I am also adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful, always ready to learn new things and take on new challenges!
