About Krystal Rivera

I found through my transition from New York City to Florida was a positive impact on my life, I learned to be more independent and direct with what I want, I have always said I wanted to become a leader and so I have! When I was introduced to working at a call center back in 2019 I have never looked back and began my journey starting out as an admissions representative for an online medical school to becoming a part of protecting people from identity theft and fraud while also providing consumers with their credit reports, identityIQ which is who I work for currently has helped me grow as a person and as a worker, this company made me more confident because I'm not just an employee I can go to anyone on my management team and get help whether it's a personal matter or something a part of the job there is always someone there to help. As I lead my team I try to share that same confidence I was taught and to never give up or feel left out, I try to be as available as possible to help my team and all agents become better each day while still adhering to the policy of the company. I would love to become more and develop new skills and experiences I would love to see where this new version of myself take me.
