International Relations I am an International Relations scholar, researcher, and analyst, with professional training in diplomatic protocols. As a qualitative researcher, I focus on the intersections of foreign policy, multilateralism, international development, international political economy, and international trade, finance, security, and diplomacy. Through the application of a structural lens, my research aims to deeply examine and interrogate the current US-China great power competition narrative; China-Latin America and the Caribbean relations; power dimensions of global South multilateral negotiations; BRICS diplomacy/power dynamics; the political economy of emerging markets; the SIDS' development paradigm; and Caribbean regionalism and securitization vis-à-vis climate change & migration, within the context of the global South/North political and economic dynamic. Communications I am also a Communications and Public Relations professional experienced in corporate, public, and civil society communications strategy development, campaign building, media management, digital content creation and analytics, and brand management. As a versatile writer and scrupulous editor, with a focus on targeted corporate communications materials, my repertoire includes concept notes, white papers, press releases, speeches, expository articles, and newsletter content. As a Canva-evangelist, I create graphics to accompany a range of digital content, advertisements, campaigns, and presentations.
