About Krystin Cox

Hailing from Kansas, Krystin has embraced her state motto “Ad Astra Per Aspera” (to the stars, through difficulties) throughout her career. After pivoting from studio art, she found herself on a contemporary retail shop floor styling bandage skirts and platform stilettos. A few moves (and many handbag sales later), she branched into learning and development to deepen her knowledge in cross-functional intricacies and expand in her ability to bring concepts to life through behaviors. As a retail leader, she consistently surpassed commercial targets through client development and strategy. In turn, she wrote company programs to formalize and maximize sales through her intuitive style. At Louis Vuitton, she was first to lead pop-ups for the brand, developing 360 strategy, training, and experience. At Thom Browne she oversees client services, client development, CRM, client insights and analytics. She is building a function dedicated fully to the client, fearlessly challenging the brand to change where change is needed. Krystin continues to disrupt perceptions of being ‘client-centric’ or ‘omni-focused’. She challenges assumptions, proposes radical thinking, pushes technical parameters, and welcomes those around her to “Ad Astra Per Aspera”.
