My work experience in finance and insurance ensures document accuracy, personal integrity and discretion and respect for confidentiality. Throughout my career in the hospitality industry I’ve thrived working in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and assigning duties when needed. I have learned to build positive customer rapport, maintain a high level of customer service, pay close attention to detail and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion. My education is a management focused business diploma which provided me with the tools to open an event planning business. In the five years operating, my experience coordinating large events taught me how to manage different personalities while keeping a level head under pressure. Managerial duties included client correspondence, accounting, marketing and human resource management.
