I’m an experienced learning designer, researcher, and lecturer with a strong foundation in educational technology, online learning, assessment, and inclusive instructional practices—particularly within postsecondary environments. My work focuses on designing and implementing competency-based education and assessment frameworks that align with institutional goals and learner outcomes. I bring a critical, research-informed lens to program design, ensuring that equity, accessibility, and learner engagement are embedded from the outset. Across roles in higher education and industry, I’ve collaborated with faculty and subject matter experts to create scalable, learner-centered solutions—ranging from eLearning modules and interactive assessments to policy-driven training programs. I also explore the responsible use of emerging tools, including generative AI, to support innovation in curriculum and instructional design.
