With over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, I have held a range of senior leadership roles, specialising in project delivery, business transformation, operations, and strategic planning. This diversification has allowed me to develop a unique skill set covering a wide range of responsibilities. During this time, I have led small niche teams, right through to managing large departments of over 100+ staff. My passion for Operational Excellence and driving Organisational Change, has meant that the majority of my time has been spent within the strategic planning and implementation space. This has also involved developing new operating models to enable streamlined customer functions, increase efficiency & focus on long term sustainable growth. What excites me most is being deeply involved in the initial strategic development and planning phase, right through to owning execution. I’ve led significant strategic projects including Business Transformations, Mergers, Admin Tenders, Product Launches, System Integrations, System design (UX, CX), Investment changes, Remediation and Legislation changes, as well as work in the digital space designing workflow systems, CRM’s, Member online portals (MOL) & Mobile apps. I’m always dedicated to striving for operational excellence and trying to foster an environment that focuses on continuous improvement and the optimisation of business processes. This approach has consistently delivered long-term operational effectiveness as well as increased financial results and greater member outcomes. In addition, I have a strong track record of coaching and developing leaders to reach their potential, resulting in increased business capability and creating a high performing culture.
