About Krystle Shutter

With over two decades of professional experience in the home automation industry, I have consistently navigated bridging gaps between the complicated technology/engineering world and internal/external customers. This skill has facilitated a journey in my career spanning all organizational departments from Accounting to Ops to HR & Marketing; all of which I have enjoyed learning the intricacies of. It is this foundation of "complexity to simplicity" combined with a "can do" attitude, high intellectual humility and years of coaching that fuels my passion of contributing to high-performance teams that deliver results to internal employees and ultimately to end customers. At my core, I am driven by mission development, clear and effective communication, efficient processes and a philosophy of being intentional in everything. I prioritize people being properly placed in roles, developed for next steps and engaged in the overall strategic business programs that aim at the current state of business in order to contribute directly to future growth goals. It is my belief that this is what contributes to transformational leadership and a fun work environment. I've focused on research and thesis creation and developing metric data in order to aid in top-level decision-making clarity. I've advised on how to be organizationally organized. My passion lies in finding and understanding complex organizational hurdles and empowering team members to find creative solutions using their business strengths & internal/external networks of synergies. Bringing about alignment is a challenge I enjoy and the achievement of it is rewarding.*For nothing is achieved in unison but in alignment anything is possible.* Therefore, my most recent endeavors also have me dabbling in the M&A and Integrations space:) Cheers to new adventures.
