I’m a community-focused educator, program facilitator, and wellness advocate with over 15 years of experience supporting learners and participants of all ages and backgrounds. My work spans post-secondary education, employment services, and inclusive recreation — including nearly 20 years as a Zumba instructor and small business owner. With a Master’s in Education and a background in Community Health, I specialize in creating programs that promote confidence, equity, and personal growth. Whether I’m leading a workshop, facilitating fitness classes, or mentoring a student, my approach is rooted in compassion, clarity, and connection.
