About Krystyna Leyland

I am a highly-experienced and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. I have worked with MDs and Senior Managers in a variety of industries, as well as with people seeking work. I have a BA in English Literature, an MA in Management and Education, and was a Senior Manager (Head of Faculty) for 10 years, in a leading London Adult Education College. As an experienced NLP Master Practitioner, I also help creative artists and others to overcome issues holding them back. I help people progress their career, get promotion, or find a fulfilling career path. I also help with job applications, CVs and interview preparation, whether they are familiar with the British system or new to the country. Most managers find at least one area of their work challenging, and I can help them set a clear vision, and turn their vision into reality, work with challenging people, and find a good work/life balance. My clients include people in the Arts, finance, fashion, education, health, pharmaceutical, law, retail, and architecture. I have worked with the MBA Executive students at the Imperial College Business School, helping them to further their career, and companies, whose staff I have coached, include Granada, Samsonite, Bovis Lend Lease, Rolls Royce, GSK, BT, Toshiba, Nautical Petroleum, Standard Chartered, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. I am familiar with MBTI, and administer and give feedback on the SHL ability and psychometric personality tests. In addition, I help people who are going through difficult life transitions to create a new life for themselves.
