About Krystyna Pachowski

Hi, I’m Krystyna Pachowski, a Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centred care across both hospital and community settings. I recently joined ParaMed Home Health Care as a Community Nurse, where I provide individualized care and health teaching to patients in their homes—supporting their recovery, safety, and independence. My background includes extensive experience at Mount Sinai Hospital in Labour & Delivery, High-Risk Antenatal, and Mother-Baby units, as well as working in the Emergency Department with Trillium Health Partners. I also gained valuable surgical and perioperative experience in the Operating Room after completing my Operating Room Nursing certification at Humber College. This diverse clinical foundation has strengthened my ability to assess and advocate for patients, collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality care in both structured and independent environments.
