Business Administration graduate with a dynamic and diverse career path across auditing, social media, and international brand communication. I began my professional journey at Deloitte as an auditor, where I developed strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure; while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Turkish business landscape. Transitioning into the digital space, I joined a boutique social media agency, managing end-to-end processes from strategic planning and content creation to ROI measurement; for a wide range of clients. This hands on experience sharpened my multitasking abilities and creative thinking. I later expanded my expertise at WPP agencies, collaborating with global brands and deepening my knowledge of international marketing strategies within the world’s largest communications group. Currently, I serve as a Field Support Manager at Ria Financial Services, where I focus on performance optimization, skills development, and business support initiatives & helping teams reach their goals and drive growth.
