About Kuei Mo

I’m a computational biologist passionate about harnessing data to uncover insights that advance human health. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, I specialize in integrating multi-omics data—spatial transcriptomics, single-cell RNA-seq, and genomics—to decode complex biological systems. My work has fueled discoveries in cancer microenvironments and gene regulation, published in top journals like Nature, Nature Genetics, and Nature Communications.I thrive at the intersection of biology and technology, leveraging Python, R, and high-performance computing to build scalable pipelines. Whether collaborating with pathologists, wet-lab scientists, or interdisciplinary teams, I’m driven by translating data into actionable solutions for precision medicine.Currently, as a postdoctoral researcher, I’m exploring tumor progression through multi-modal data integration, biomarker discovery, and therapeutic development. Let’s connect to discuss how computational biology can shape the future of healthcare!
