I believe true impact in pharma happens at the intersection of science, strategy, and patient need. That belief has guided my career through diverse roles in sales, marketing, learning & development, and operations. I’ve led the Canadian launches of COSENTYX and ONUREG, both of which became standards of care in their categories. These experiences reinforced my passion for turning complex science into meaningful patient solutions. Today, I am focused in oncology, advancing access to immuno-oncology therapies like OPDIVO and YERVOY. I see every brand not just as a commercial opportunity, but as a chance to help patients get the right therapy at the right time. For me, leadership is about building high-performing teams, driving bold strategies, and ensuring that business success is always aligned with patient benefit. What drives me is the opportunity to connect science with strategy—ensuring every initiative delivers both commercial success and meaningful patient outcomes.
