About Kuldeep Goyal

I believe life is all about empowering others.I graduated from IIT, BHU and worked at C-DOT, Center for Development of Telematics in Delhi, before the entrepreneurial bug bit me and I moved to Jaipur, my home town. From the very beginning, reading technical books was my passion. I decided to make it my profession and Neelkanth Publishers was born in 2005. The aim was to create books which were simple and could help people to understand complexities of the technical world in an easy and lucid format and language. We slowly ventured into a myriad of fields such as ITI, B.Tech and Polytechnic and created solved papers, text books and handbooks which were appreciated by students and faculties of colleges across the country. Slowly but surely, NK as the company is popularly known as, became a household name in Rajasthan. Though we achieved phenomenal success with NK, I still wanted to do more and make life better for people. I felt that Jaipur at the time did not offer enough training centers for students who wanted to enhance their professional skill set. Thus MG Career Park came into existence in 2006. Today, a decade later, MG Career Park is recognized as one of the few high-skill development training organizations in the country and is empanelled with government and private establishments. At MG Career Park, we not only train and groom youth from different strata of the society in essential professional skills which can help them to make a mark in the world but also help in their placement through various tie-ups with well-known corporate houses. As a founder and managing director of these two unique ventures, I am looking to grow them into world-class companies. I specialize in building teams that are self-managed, empowered and believe in partnering for long-term success. I would love to connect with leaders across India and the world who are not only innovative but also have experience building up great firms and can share notes.
