I am a Jr. Mechanical Engineer at 80/20 Australia, a leading provider of aluminium T-slot framing solutions. I am also a Master of Engineering student at the University of Technology Sydney, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering and Management. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from C. K. Pithawala College of Engineering and Technology, Surat. My core competencies include engineering design, production, maintenance, quality control, and problem-solving.In my current role, I create engineering drawings and 3D models for parts production and assembly using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, assemble new and modified mechanical parts using aluminium T-slots, tools, and a hydraulic power system, inspect and maintain production equipment, and identify and execute changes to a production line for continuous improvement. I work with a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients. Previously, I was a Maintenance and Production Engineer at Sosyo Hajoori Beverages Pvt Ltd, where I performed regular maintenance and inspections on factory machinery, led troubleshooting operations, installed beverage manufacturing equipment, and managed production line workers. I also have experience as a Trainee Engineer at Kelvin Plastic Pvt Ltd, where I designed and executed PVC pipe manufacturing-specific quality control methods and monitored plastic injection moulding and extrusion processes. I have published a research paper on the performance of a multidisc oil skimmer device in an international journal. I am passionate about engineering and manufacturing innovation and I am eager to learn new skills and technologies. I value collaboration, quality, and safety in my work and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
