Presently, I am assigned responsibility to oversee the facilities and asset management function at New York University Abu Dhabi. Previously, I was employed as Senior Asset Manager of Facilities at Tamkeen overseeing the development, operations and maintenance, and asset management of the facilities for New York University Abu Dhabi. Tamkeen is a subsidiary of the Executive Affairs Authority. It plans, develops and delivers projects on behalf of the Government of Abu Dhabi. I have 20 years of comprehensive experience in real estate management encompassing asset management, faciliites management, project management, fitout and construction management, and operations of high-value assets. I have worked in various capacities as an Asset Manager, Project Manager and Facility Manager representing developers, design firms, contractors and service providers which provides me with a unique skillset to manage assets holistically through their lifecycle and the confidence to collaborate with all levels of management and maximizing value from assets. I have attained my MSc in Facility Management from Heriot-Watt University, and a Diploma with Distinction from The Institute of Asset Management. I am a LEED Green Associate, a Certified Member of the Institute of Work Place and Facilities Management (IWFM) and serve as a Committee Member of IWFM UAE Chapter (Strategic & Planning lead). I am an Associate Member of The Institute of Asset Management, and attained the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. My key objective is to continue to learn, develop as a thorough professional and possess a successful track record of representing high profile and complex real estate developments.
