With the CivWiz app, I helped shape civic learning applications from ideation to launch, refining user engagement strategies. My time at Akamai Technologies strengthened my foundation in SaaS product development, where I led cloud-based media delivery solutions, driving adoption and revenue expansion. Beyond work, I’m diving into AI, exploring how it can enhance decision-making and product innovation. Lately, I’ve been building AI-driven projects in my free time, experimenting with automation, data modeling, and user experience enhancements.
