As a Software Engineer in the AI/ML Platform team at Myntra, I specialize in building scalable systems for Generative AI, model deployment, and observability. My work sits at the intersection of ML engineering, platform automation, and developer experience—ensuring ML systems can serve millions reliably and efficiently. At Myntra, I designed and deployed an observability platform using Grafana Dashboard APIs to automate system metrics tracking across multiple Kubernetes clusters, reducing manual tracking time from days to under a minute across 350+ services. I’m also a core contributor to the LLMCore platform—an abstraction layer built to unify Gemini, OpenAI, and multimodal model access under standardized APIs. This platform powers flagship GenAI use cases at Myntra, such as Maya (chatbot), Attribute Prediction, and FWD Color Match. In addition, I’m building a self-serve framework for deploying Databricks MLflow models on AKS with GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Helm, and service mesh integration, cutting down model deployment timelines from 6 days to under a day. Prior to this, I worked as a Staff Consultant at Oracle, where I developed an internal code review automation tool using Python and Flask, adopted by developers and cutting review time by 95%. I built 15+ REST/SOAP services for integrating warehouse systems with Oracle Fusion Apps and led cloud ERP transformation efforts. I also engineered GenAI-based document enhancement tools (translation, summarization, PII masking) and a multi-source RAG chatbot using Cohere, FAISS, and LangChain. I’ve also built award-winning projects like OraLearn—an AI-powered e-learning platform that converts lectures into notes with automated Q\ & A—recognized as a regional finalist in Oracle’s MADHacks 2023. I bring strong foundations in Python, Flask, MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, OCI, and LLMOps, with a track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
