Starting my career in SCM demand planning for OEMs and EOEMs it became obvious to me that kinks of supply chain can't be removed without understanding supply and demand planning side-by-side. After staying in forecasting and planning I transitioned to Supply planning at the 1st opportunity I got. Having seen demand and supply planning side by side gave me the edge to see and critic SCM escalations in more holistic view and help me a solve supply chain issues in a holistic way. I have progressive experience in contracts and procurement with a track record of managing complex procurement processes. Over the years I have managed several 3PL suppliers global contracts RFQs Index driven price negotiations critical commodities product and purchasing allocations. Concepts that settled in my thought process early on helped me produce consistent results in challenging scenarios whether it was in Blue-Chip or retail environment. I thoroughly review and analyze various aspects such as customer focus contract negotiations vendor management corporate goals business impact or the product before leading into solving any problems.
