As a Data Product Owner in Lending Transformation, I’m dedicated to digitizing and centralizing credit external data for our internal bank consumers. My journey has always been about leveraging data to drive meaningful change. Before this role, I worked as a Business Consultant, guiding DFC through their transition to sustainable and automated solutions. One of my proudest achievements was leading the data migration of DIAL from an on-premises environment to Azure. During this process, I coordinated communication among multiple teams and ensured effective stakeholder engagement. I also focused on analyzing the end-to-end chain of DIAL, implementing structural fixes for major issues, and establishing best practices that enhanced team performance. My career began in BI systems as a Designer/Administrator, specializing in the SAS Product suite for over eight years. During my time at ABN AMRO, I thrived in a challenging environment that significantly contributed to my professional growth. I have a genuine passion for customer service and a strong foundation in BI maintenance and support.
