About Kumar Sambhav

Deeply passionate start-up guy. My undeterred love for writing got me to co-found The Testament (in my second year of college), originally a student-centric tabloid. Following which, I coerced deeper into the start-up nexus by venturing into series of entrepreneurial endeavors catering to aspects of Media & Marketing, L&D and product innovations. The Testament went on to become a pioneering tech-based manpower outsourcing company. It helped dozens of giants and start-ups with their sales, marketing and research targets by recruiting, training, deploying and managing hundreds of contractual workforces through innovative tech features and refined processes, across the nation. After a 6 year long thrilling ride, I moved on from The Testament and joined India’s most profound Sales-as-a-Service platform, Avenue Growth. Being part of core and leadership team, I helped company refining its operational structure, curating processes and SOPs, delivering critical projects and managing and optimizing team performance. I am currently associated with MSMEx, as one of the founding team members and working towards setting up operations, refining tech-product, building content & execution capacity.
