Kumar is Qualified Electrical Engineer with 10 years of rich experience in Construction Industry for the BIM profile in designing, planning and execution activities of various BIM projects for Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Hospitals, High-rise Buildings, School Buildings, Airports, Metros and Data Centers in multicultural environment for ASMEPF services using various BIM software’s. He is certified by Autodesk as BIM MEP professional and Proficient with procedure, functioning, principles and Implementations of BIM Projects with BIM Standards. He has in depth knowledge and understanding of Revit Tool from Scratch to End and worked on various projects across the Globe (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East & India). In his 10 years of career, he has worked with several Engineers, Consultant, Contractor, Sub Contractor across the globe and set a good reputation with them in the Industry. He has a good knowledge in terms of understanding the Scope, Drawings review and fulfilling all technical requirements. Being a technical manager although he is Hands-on in BIM tools, Automation (Dynamo), Analytics (Power BI). He is the supporting hand for the team for Clash Detection and Coordination with the Structure, Architecture and all MEPF Services. The communication is one of the strongest forte of him which he is utilizing in terms of Liaising with the team and the Client for the updates of the project and help team to achieve the targets and project delivery on time. He is also actively Planning and execution for every step in BIM works including coordination with site activities.
