Oracle HCM Production Support Lead: As an Oracle HCM Production Support Lead, I am responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day support operations of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and other integrated applications including Oracle Fusion Middleware (HRHUB), Kronos(UKG), Successfactor and ServiceNow. This role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions to business operations. The Production Support Lead works closely with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure that the Oracle HCM system remains reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Production Support Management Incident & Problem Management System Monitoring & Maintenance User Support & Training Change Management Collaboration & Coordination Oracle HCM Development Lead: As an Oracle HCM development Lead I am responsible for overseeing the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of Oracle HCM projects, including design, development, customization, and integration. Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect Oracle HCM solutions, including data models, integrations, reports, and customizations. Development & Customization: Oversee the development of custom Oracle HCM components using Oracle HCM Cloud tools, Oracle Fusion Middleware and other relevant technologies. Manage the development of interfaces, extensions, reports, and workflows (RICEW) to meet business requirements. Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes. Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems using Oracle middleware tools. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Testing & Deployment: Lead technical testing efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Documentation & Compliance: Conduct code reviews and maintain version control of all technical artifacts.
