Over 32 years of experience in Drilling /Directional Drilling. I have worked on some of the most challenging tasks and have completed them successfully. I have worked on a wide range of Directional Drilling technologies. Some of them include Jetting 30”/ 36”Conductor in deep water wells, drilling directional wells using Steerable Motors and Rotary Steerable System in deep water, horizontal wells using Motors and Rotary Steerable System RCLS, Challenging side tracking job, Drain holes (Short Radius Horizontal Wells) drilling. I have worked on a lot of wells both in India and abroad (some of the countries include Oman, UAE, Qatar, Indonesia etc) I have attended a number of trainings in USA, Germany, Singapore etc to enhance my skills. I have been an achiever and I have accomplished some of the most challenging feats. Some of these include, RIL drilled the deepest, longest deep water horizontal multi-lateral well in India– KG-D6-MA 5H. RIL drilled the deepest vertical well in India. Kick off using under reamer above bit was done first time in India Vertical Kick off using RCLS first time in India.
