I joined Eltech Appliances Pvt. Ltd. in Jul'17 as GET Service and my profile was regional service co-ordinator and reported to RSM. I managed service delivery, spares arrangement, defective spares collection, service franchise monthly claim processing, training plan, MSL billing and OS knock off. I was promoted as Regional Service Co-ordinator in 2018 and continued to work till Feb'20. The product I handled were AC, WM, LED, CF & WD. I joined IFB Industries Ltd. in Feb'20 as Area Service Executive at Guwahati and managed the service delivery in entire Northeast. I reported to BSM and my KPI were service delivery, NPS, controlling in warranty spare consumption, driving AMC and additives business, monitoring OW call cancellation, driving service centre profitability, sharing PQR report with HO, regular training and knowledge enhancement of technicians, monthly claim processing, PCR report and auditing. Products handled were WM, AC, MW, DW and KA. I joined Zopper in Jan'22 as Area Service Manager and I am looking after service in entire eastern region. I report to ZSM and my KPI are EW service delivery, CSAT, network development, monitoring of SVC operations to provide smooth Cx experience. Here the products handled comprises of all types of consumer durables, CE, laptops and small KA including chimney and water purifier.
