I hold an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) & Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, which has equipped me with advanced analytical skills and a strategic mindset to tackle real-world challenges. Post-MBA, I joined DCM Shriram Ltd. as a Management Trainee At DCM Shriram Ltd, I’ve been at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing, specifically in a fertilizer plant. My work includes assessing technology adoption, benchmarking best practices across industries, and devising a roadmap for implementing advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation. Previously, during my time at Castrol India, I led a pivotal project to optimize raw material inventory management. By leveraging advanced statistical techniques, implementing classification frameworks, and developing dynamic dashboards, I helped reduce working capital by ₹4.57 Cr. while achieving over 95% service levels and minimizing stockouts. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Indian Railways, where I led teams, implemented quality management systems, and improved safety standards. This role honed my leadership, operational management, and process improvement skills. I am passionate about using data-driven insights to solve complex challenges and drive technological innovation.
