About Kunal Autade

I am a motivated Civil Engineer with a Master of Science from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai. My experience includes work as a Roadway Engineering Designer at Kiewit Engineering Group, where I created plan production sheets, performed vertical clearance calculations, and produced horizontal alignments and profiles for driveways. As an intern with the same company in Colorado, I worked on plan production and site prep plans, performed driveway and wall modeling, and led a team of interns for a homeroom project. My previous experience as an Estimator and Planner at B. K. Autade Civil Contractors involved planning project workflows, providing weekly material estimates, and maintaining engineering records and reports. As a Junior Engineer with Narayani Group, I managed construction materials, led a team of 23 unskilled workers, and ensured quality and compliance through inspections and reporting. In addition to my technical skills in software such as OpenRoads, InRoads, Microstation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, and Python, I am passionate about soccer, chess, swimming, and hiking. I am always open to opportunities for international and national travel. I am proud to have won state-level competitions and held leadership positions in student organizations. I am excited to apply my skills and experiences to new challenges and opportunities in the Civil Engineering industry.
