A mechanical engineer passed out from YMCA Institute of Engineering Faridabad in 2007. Working with Delphi Automotive Systems as an Enginer in Quality Assurance since June 2007. Experience in the field of Plant Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Customer support and warranty. Good working knowledge in the Quality System TS 16949. Experince in Handling Customer Audits, Gage planning and manufacturing, Customer PPAP Submission, Managing cross functional activities. Effective communication with Excellent relationship management. Good analytical and problem solving skills Take care of various activities of Quality department right from the beginning of the project to the completion of the project and then further monitoring to ensure quality at every stage. Activities in the new projects include Attending project review meetings Preparation of Inspection Control Plan for new developments Planniing and manufacturing of gages using GD & T Concepts Gate chart tracking for product & process issues Completing PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan with CFT Participating in Machine Qualification trials Customer Audits Handling Customer PPAP submission Activities in the Existing projects include Driving Quality Systems Identification, analysis and elimination of quality issues Analysis and improvement of processes through SPC techniques (X bar-R Chart, run Chart) PPM Monitoring & improvement as per Pareto Layered/process audits with 5S in plant Conducting R&R for Gages and instruments Timely Calibration of all Gages & Instruments from external labs Training and certification to work force Coordinating with internal & external auditors for conducting Audits for ISO/TS 16949:2002 Worked as an Industrial Trainee at Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India HMSI, Manesar from June 2006 to Dec 2006.
