Growing up in a small town with limited resources, I always had a passion for understanding how things work in the Automotive World. I would often take apart old machines just to figure out how they were built. This innate curiosity sparked a dream to become an engineer—a dream that drove me to overcome challenges and pursue my education in Mechanical Engineering. Fast forward to today, I am a Sr. Design Engineer with over 11 years of experience in the automotive seating domain. I’ve had the privilege of working with global like, and many others. From the early days of drafting proposals and supporting product development to (/) initiatives, my career has been shaped by a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and cost optimization. I support global seat engineering programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe to drive: Cost-reduction and design optimization: Supporting initiatives for sustainable materials: Using Power BI for performance tracking and savings analysis. With expertise in CAD tools, sheet metal/plastic design, and benchmarking, I ensure high-quality solutions that meet cost targets while delivering customer satisfaction.
