About Kunal Dixit

I’m a Mechanical Engineer with ~5 years of experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, cell R&D, and high-volume process scale-up. I’ve led process development at the gigafactory level, validated equipment internationally, and delivered major improvements in cell performance, reliability, and consistency. What drives me is solving tough, cross-disciplinary problems — blending data, design, and grit to move ideas from R&D into scalable manufacturing. Beyond large-scale production, I’m also building custom test and control systems with Raspberry Pi, sensors, and actuators — prototyping new ways to pressure-test and evaluate battery modules. This mix of industry experience + hands-on innovation lets me bridge the gap between lab, factory, and real-world applications. Passionate about energy, automation, and hardware startups.
