When I was a small kid, my father taught me to make my bed first thing in the morning after I got up! Initially it felt like a big burden, but eventually I excelled at it in a week's time. I never thought it'll result into something as positive as me becoming an organized person in my personal and professional life. The passion to be Systematic & Process driven in everything I do since my childhood days has got me at a stage where I've been able to solve critical business problems through a Strategic Process Oriented Approach. I still remember my first day at Udaan's hub - watching thousands of orders pile up while delivery trucks sat empty due to inefficient routing. That moment of seeing potential trapped by poor processes sparked something in me. What started as a simple question,"How can we make this better?" has driven my 6-year journey in transforming supply chain operations and saving millions for organizations. I sharpened my passion for making things better with modern tools - diving deep into process optimization with data, building live dashboards, creating automation workflows, understanding API integrations, and learning the psychology behind operational inefficiencies. This multidisciplinary approach helped me save millions for the organization but how to make better what's already better, well i believe personally there is no end of excellence. I'm tinkering around the use of new Gen tools in P2P and Supply Chain to the- Testing AI-powered payments processing systems, building predictive analytics for payment optimisation and cost savings. But here's what I've learned: the best solutions don't come from boardroom strategies - they emerge from truly listening to warehouse workers, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams. My approach has always been to actually listen, understand people's real challenges first, then architect processes that work for everyone involved. Today, as I pursue my MBA from IIFT while leading large-scale SCM operations, I'm passionate about helping organizations unlock their operational potential. Whether it's strategic sourcing, process automation, or building resilient supply chains, I believe in creating solutions that outlast the problems they solve.
