About Kunal Mehta

I play the role of an organization’s digital transformation partner - strategizing for value creation and walking the path of implementation and sustaining the change. The journey involves walking the path with the client through creating and implementing roadmaps to enhance customer experience, optimize user journeys, harmonize visual identity, implement technology solutions, and streamline technology operations. In the past 17 years my skills have sharpened with in-depth partnerships to build organization’s technological advantage and scale up people capabilities to accelerate their digital journey. By evangelizing, owning, implementing, and monitoring organization-wide digital solutions these partnerships provide end-to-end strategic and operational guidance for businesses investing in high-risk, technology-led growth. I am best positioned to leverage expertise to help senior organizational leadership realize effective outcomes from their portfolio of innovation projects and positive impact on revenue growth and cost savings. My goal is to bring alive a management's vision and outcome of zero to one journey of product innovation on their behalf, while in parallel de-risking management of utilizing their current growth resources and existing success.
