Hyperscale Data Center O&M including Data center governance, DC project management & commissioning. • Managing of all Data Center Project activities as per Operation & maintenance requirement. • Basic & detailed Engineering & installation of Electrical equipment for 5G sites Readiness. • Detail Design Calculation and Maintenance of SMPS, Li- ion Battery, DG and other passive infra equipment’s for Telecom site. • Basic & detailed Engineering & providing optimized solutions for the electrical system in various industrial projects. • Installation and commissioning of 10 & 20 KW Solar Panel with MPPT and Charge Controller. • Project planning & implementation. • Preparation of Overall SLD, Auxiliary AC/DC SLD & protection SLD for various industrial projects. • Designing Calculations including transformer sizing(Power & Distribution Trafo), Battery & UPS sizing, DG sizing, VFD & sizing, earthing calculation, cable and cable tray sizing, lighting calculation. • Preparation of data sheet and specification of all industrial equipment like Transformer, CGB, Bus duct, MV/LV switchgear, UPS system, DG set, DG synchronization panel, & VFD, DC Batteries, cable and cable tray. • Performing vendor drawing review for CGB, Bus duct, MV/LV Switchgear, Drives, Transformer, DC/UPS system, cable tray, NGR etc. • Co-ordination with Other disciplines for smooth project execution. • Developing Schematics for Control and protection panel, Synchronization panel, MV and LV switchgear based on project requirement. • Preventive maintenance schedule optimization for various machineries and instruments to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability, • Executing cost savings and energy saving techniques/measures and modification to achieve substantial reduction in Operation and maintenance expenditure. • Preparing Engineering schedule in line with agreed document deliverable schedule matching project schedule. • Proactively identify project critical / bottleneck areas proactive steps to rectify them, • Analyze working of commissioned project & to take preventive action through application of trouble shooting tools to avoid anticipated breakdown. • Commissioning of HT Transformer with High Voltage, Low Voltage, Short Circuit, Open Circuit & Break Down Voltage Test, • Commissioning of HT Motor through Soft Starter with Flux Compensated Magnetic Amplifier Technology (FCMA Technology), • Leading team of various experience & capabilities to achieve common goal, • Contractor management, • Safety protocol as per standard.
