About Kunal Satyam

I have completed my Under Graduate degree (B.Sc. Industrial fish and fisheries) in 2010 from Bihar University. During this period, I have attended many hands-on training on fish rearing, breeding, cage culture and other recent techniques for commercially important fishes from CIFA, Bhubaneswar (2008) and other local fish hatcheries of Bihar. I have attended another training programme organized by Government of Bihar for the development of fish farmers (Agri clinic and Agri business). I have completed my Post-Graduate degree in Marine Biology during 2013 from the Pondicherry University (Andaman Campus). I have joined my Doctoral research programme during the year 2013 at the Department of Ocean Studies and Marine Biology, Pondicherry University, Port Blair, since August 2013 to January 2019. I have presented my research work at various National and International scientific forum. During this period, I have attended two international conference (CIARI, Port Blair, Dec 2016) and the 17th International Colloquium on Amphipoda (17th ICA), September 4th -7th 2017, Trapani (Italy) and the National workshop held at Zoological Survey of India, Andaman & Nicobar regional centre, Port Blair (2017).
