About Kunal Sharda

As Co-Founder at Newlight Solutions, I help businesses turn complex automation goals into real, scalable systems—whether that means deploying AI agents, RPA, or low-code apps across regulated industries. Our work spans platforms like Appian, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Zoho, AWS, and Azure. From credit risk workflows in banking to logistics scheduling engines, from onboarding journeys in healthcare to compliance-ready real estate apps—we specialize in building automation that’s not just smart, but also sustainable. Before starting Newlight, I led low-code practices at leading IT consultancies, driving enterprise-scale digital transformations across banking, financial services, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate. I’ve worked across the lifecycle—from strategy and solution design to architecture, implementation, and governance.Today, I bring that delivery-first mindset to my role as a founder—helping clients align automation with business goals, avoid technical debt, and make emerging tech like AI actually usable in production.I also write about automation strategy, low-code delivery, AI in regulated environments, and lessons from the field at kunalsharda.com. My aim: make tech understandable, useful, and above all—actionable.
