I have been working in the dental industry for more than 8 years now. I did my Master's in Healthcare leadership which helped me to excel in my skills for improving healthcare organizations and learning best practices to practice Transformational Servant Based Leadership in healthcare organizations. I was able to secure an A grade during my Master's program. Work experience : Foreign work experience involves working at the clinical dental practice for 1 year and working with the Indian Oral Health program under Colgate Inc. for 1 year to provide dental education in rural areas.North American work experience involves working in multiple dental practices. I have expertise in excelling in business growth and practicing team leadership (TSL-based). In the past 5 years, I worked in over 10 dental clinics and gained experience. During my work experience, I was able to work with First Nation patients, and patients with special needs and worked with many dentists all around British Columbia, Canada. I can do the following in a dental office: 1) Assisting Dentist 2) Account receivables3) Project management4) Training new people for front admin5) Expertise in Insurance for dental treatment approvals. 6) Data mining to evaluate multiple dental offices and prepare projects to improve the business. 7) Able to coordinate treatment with patients and forecast the production goals for improvements.
