He was admitted to the bar council of Delhi in 2003 and has expertise in the practice areas of Corporate transactions including Mergers & Acquisition, Foreign Exchange & FDI, Media & Entertainment, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Transactional Advisory, Intellectual Property rights etc. After working with some of the best known names in the legal fraternity in India, Kunal has built a strong reputation and incredible wealth of knowledge by managing clients in various industries. He has advised & represented many major Companies / Multi-National Corporations in various Courts, Tribunals, Arbitrations and other judicial and quasi-judicial institutions and has gained significant experience in various corporate legal matters.
