My journey in wellness and fitness has been a lifelong passion, deeply rooted in my love for sports and physical activity. From an early age, I immersed myself in the world of sports, breaking records and even leading as the Head of the Business High School Sports Department. These experiences laid the foundation for a career dedicated to health and fitness. I had the privilege of pursuing my education at two of the finest institutions for sports education—LNIPE (Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education) and LNCPE (Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education). Here, I earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Fitness Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, further enriching my understanding of the science behind wellness. As a certified yoga teacher, I’ve taken my passion on the road, actively traveling, learning, and working within the wellness hospitality industry. This journey has allowed me to connect with diverse communities and refine my approach to holistic health. My philosophy centers on lifelong learning and empowering others. I strive to enhance well-being by equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to take charge of their health. By guiding and inspiring others, I aim to help them embrace a healthier, more balanced lifestyle—one step at a time.
