My academic background includes PhD in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA, with a focus on neural networks and edge computing - equipping me with both theoretical depth and practical insight. Currently, I lead a technical support engineering team, where I focus on building a collaborative and inclusive team culture. I also support community initiatives related to accessibility and the military community, contributing where I can to help create a more welcoming tech industry.
